I put an RSS feed (using the sharepoint webpart) on the toplevel site of our sharepoint collection. I changed the "Time to Live" RSS settings to 2 minutes. The feed worked the first day, but it didn't update the next day. Why doesn't it update, and is there a way the user can force it to update? This is the URL:
